Electronic Transit Declaration (ETD)

Registration of the electronic transit declaration (ETD) in the territory of the Russian Federation

Since March 2017, international freight carriers delivering foreign goods in the territory of the Russian Federation are required to submit transit declarations electronically only. From now on, Order No. 144n has been put into effect by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Procedure for use of the single automated information system of customs authorities in case of customs control, customs declaring and release (refusal in release) the goods placed under customs procedure of customs transit, in electronic form”.

The electronic transit declaration is submitted using the electronic signature of the Customs representative.

  • Cell phone number of the driver 
  • Approximate time when the driver will be at the border
