Compiling of the summary coding specification (code breakdown)
When importing goods into the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc.), it is necessary to do an electronic preliminary informing (EPI) for each delivery. Among other things for the processing of an EPI, a summary coding specification (code breakdown) is required.
For each type of goods, you must provide the customs code (as per commodity nomenclature of foreign trade activities – CnoFTA or ТН ВЭД in Russian), the amount of space (pallets) which this type of good occupies in a vehicle, net and gross weight, and cost. The breakdown of codes can be difficult due to the nature of documentation that is provided by the suppliers of the goods, the type of packaging that is used, and the particular information system that issues the EPI.
But Declarant Online has a lot of experience, and we will by all means help you figure out how to generate a code breakdown, so that your shipment will not have any delays at customs.
